Hanging, window picture frame. It has Ultra Violet protectant film to protect the picture from fading. It has a clear bevel on the back, like the one in the front, to light up the picture. U.V. rays are %40 responsible for picture fading. Other culprits are: high temperatures, moisture, florescent lights and ozone.
